2017 N. Blue Light Surface Sanitization Technology – For information about the NIH Study on the antimicrobial effects of blue light, click HERE. Blue Light LED light fixtures are installed throughout 2017 Mendell to ensure surfaces remain sanitized at all times. These harmless-to-human LED fixtures are commonly utilized in hospitals and other high touch businesses to kill surface-living virus and bacteria, including antibiotic resistant ones. Blue Lights remain on 24/7 and are included as part of landlord’s ‘turn-key’ buildout.

View Dynamic Glass
features intelligent windows that maximize natural light and unobstructed views while reducing heat and glare, through the use of automatically adjusted or user-specified tint levels.

By letting in natural light and blocking unwanted solar heat, significantly reduces air conditioning and lighting costs, resulting in energy savings of up to 20%, especially during peak hours.
